1.3 Usage Data

We collect inputs (e.g., prompts, queries), telemetry, logs, performance data, usage metrics, and other technical data to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

1.4 Health & Fitness Data

With your explicit authorization, we may access health data from Apple HealthKit, including heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), sleep analysis data, and active energy and workout data. This data is used solely to provide personalized training suggestions and is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

1.5 Local Storage Permissions

The Service may request access to local storage files, such as photos, video reading and writing, and local file reading and writing. These permissions are requested before accessing and are used for features such as training history screenshot upload and session recording.

1.6 Location Information

We may collect location information based on your IP address or GPS data to provide location-relevant features and comply with applicable laws.

1.7 Third-Party Information

If you choose to sign in through a social media platform, we may receive your profile picture, nickname, phone number, and region from that platform.

1.8 Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on: contract performance, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent.

For the services provided by EXPOLEAP, we work with advertising partners and suppliers to use various technologies to understand how people use related services.
