Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EXPOLEAP PTE. LTD. ("we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the Dorsi mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By clicking confirm on the registration page, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dorsi is an adaptive training decision support system that provides personalized training suggestions based on available signals including your subjective feedback, training history, and optionally connected health data from wearable devices.

Important: Dorsi is a wellness support tool, not a medical device. Training suggestions are conditional recommendations based on available data, not absolute prescriptions. You should always use your own judgment and consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns.

3. Service Modifications

Dorsi does not guarantee permanent provision of any particular service. We may increase, reduce, replace, or adjust the content and features of the Service based on technology upgrades, regulatory changes, or operational requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes in advance.

4. User Accounts

• You may use the first 2 training sessions without creating an account.
• Continued use requires account registration with a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or older where local law requires) to use the Service.

5. Content Ownership & License

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service (including training data, photos, and feedback). By using the Service, you grant EXPOLEAP PTE. LTD. a royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service.

6. Prohibited Content & Use

You agree not to:

• Upload material that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload content containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Upload content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Upload content constituting harassment, threats, or obscene material.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service.
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access.

7. Subscription & Billing

After your initial free sessions, continued access to adaptive features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Renewal is automatic unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Refund requests can be submitted through in-app messenger or by contacting support@dorsi.fit.

8. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Dorsi's training suggestions are based on available data and algorithmic assessment. They are:

• Conditional, not absolute: Suggestions like "that's enough for today" are based on available signals, not certainty.
• Not medical advice: Dorsi does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.
• Conservative by default: The system errs toward under-prescription rather than over-prescription.
• Overridable: You can always override system suggestions based on your own judgment.

If you experience acute pain, dizziness, chest tightness, or other concerning symptoms, stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention. Do not rely on Dorsi for medical decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

EXPOLEAP PTE. LTD. disclaims responsibility for service unavailability caused by: user actions, third-party technology failures, improper configuration, non-payment, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance activities.

Users alone maintain responsibility for data transmission; EXPOLEAP PTE. LTD. assumes no liability for data loss or corruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXPOLEAP PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to physical injury, health complications, or fitness outcomes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to AI models, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and software), is owned by EXPOLEAP PTE. LTD. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though provisions regarding limitation of liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If there is any change, we will publicize it in advance in accordance with the law. We will not limit your rights under these Terms without your express consent. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
